2008 JURIED FINE ARTS FESTIVALS
I will be participating in only a very small number of shows this season due to other priorities. Thanks to all who have supported my work at past years' shows! I hope to expand my schedule again next season, and I hope to see many familiar faces at the festivals I participate in this year.

PERMANENT EXHIBIT
I'm pleased to announce the completed installation of a permanent exhibit of six of my natural history photographs commissioned by Iowa State University. These six photographs are of natural history subjects "as found" on the Iowa State campus in Ames, Iowa during 2006 and 2007.
The photographs are located on the Ground Floor of the Gerdin Business Building, home of the Iowa State University College of Business. The building is open to the public during normal business hours and evenings, as well as most Saturdays.
Visitors parking in the top-level metered parking of the East Campus Parking Deck will find the exhibit space immediately to the left upon entering the main doors facing the Gerdin Business Building east lawn. Visitors entering the building via the west doors facing the Campanile clock tower, simply descend the granite stairs or elevator one level and turn right into the exhibit area.

Continuous ~ I always have a number of framed and matted-only photographs on display and for sale at the Octagon Center for the Arts "Octagon Shop," 427 Douglas Ave, Ames, Iowa. I rotate the selection every few months as photos sell.
January 25 - March 30, 2008 ~ 40th Annual National Clay, Fiber, Paper, Glass, Metal, Wood Exhibition, Octagon Center for the Arts, Ames, Iowa. My new photograph "Autumn Chaos" joins 70 other works of art created by 59 artists from 11 states, for this annual juried exhibit.

August 9 - 19, 2007 ~ Iowa State Fair Photography Salon, Iowa State Fairgrounds, Des Moines, Iowa. My image "Nightfall, Lake Superior" won First Place in the "Places Outside Iowa" category.
