Mark S. Peterson is a Midwest-based natural history photographer. His photographic image files contain extensive coverage of Midwestern natural history subjects including landscapes, floral and wildflowers, other native plant specimens, and patterns found within the natural landscape. Prominent in Mark's nature photography are the Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan shorelines of Lake Superior, Lake Michigan, and landscape images of the above states plus Illinois and Iowa. Mark has extensively traveled throughout North America and internationally, and has photographed diverse locations across the globe. His images are available as stock photography for publication license, and as archivally-printed fine-art photographs.
